Baby Water Buffalo!

A baby water buffalo!

Thursday, Nov 17.  Got to chat with Vik this am.  Actually, we could not figure out how to actually chat, so we were messaging back and forth.  Anyway, it was nice to get to visit.

A new batch of puppies arrived last night.  No mommy.  Six little tykes, darling, of course.  Vicky and I got them weighed, dewormed and defleaed.  Actually, got all the puppies on flea medication.  Imagine making tiny meatballs with medicine for 31 darling, wiggly puppies!  They did not know what canned food was... suddenly, they figured it out!  Just about took my fingers off!  Pretty fun!

She has been playing in the mud like her mom.

ried another surgery on the little prolapse puppy.  Thought we had it figured out.  Still did not.  Not sure what we will do next.  He is such a funny and sweet little dog.

Got the mommy dogs into a large enclosure together for weaning.  Will get them "dried up" and spayed as soon as possible.  Hope to get the little ones "fixed" before I leave in December.

I was so busy playing with the puppies, I forgot to take any photos!  So enjoy
more of the wonderful elephants!

Put together a list of supplies for the trip to Myanmar and gave it to Darrick.  That trip is tentatively scheduled for next week.

I am taking two days off this week.  I can catch one of the park shuttles into Chiang Mai Fri afternoon.  Will stay until Monday am.  The plan is to visit some temples, take a cooking class, go to the street market AND do some zip lining!!  WooHoo!!  Looking forward to it!

Pob-kan-mai-ka!  (See you!)

This wonderful lady is always decorated with something!
